Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding Torte


Filling
1          handful chopped chocolate chips
8          ounces  cream cheese
1          cup  powdered sugar
8          ounces  cool whip
1          large  package chocolate pudding
2 1/2    cups  milk
8          ounces  cool whip


Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz cool whip and spread over
cooled crust
Beat pudding and milk and pour over cheese mixture. Allow pudding to set
up.
Spread 8 oz cool whip over top of pudding
Garnish with chopped nuts and/or ground chocolate chips


Crust (We buy 2 Oreo crusts from the store)
1          cup chopped nuts (optional)
1          cup  flour
1/2       cup  butter

Mix together flour, butter and 1 cup chopped nuts and press into 9" X 13"
pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
