Ingredients:
Hot dogs
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions:
Cut hotdogs into thirds. Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder together. Add eggs and milk. Batter will be thick and slightly lumpy. Place toothpick in hotdog and roll in batter. Place in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
