1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp Laury salt
1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup olive oil

Mix it together with the meat in a large baggy or tupperware a day or two before cooking. Periodically turn or mix to make sure the marinade gets on all sides.
