Gluten Free Bread


In the bread makers container add:
3 large eggs
1 2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar

In separate bowl:
1 ¼ cup brown or white rice flour
2 cup tapioca flour
½ cup skim milk powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum

Add dry contents to wet and mix. With your finger make depression and add 2 ¼ teaspoons gluten-free yeast. Set bread maker for whole wheat select light and press go.
